'She seemed to be doing well… until Year 10.' 'She coped pretty well… until sixth form.' 'Everything fell apart when she started university.'

Dr Helen Curran is an ICF-accredited neurodiversity coach and consultant with over 25 years’ experience supporting adults and young people aged 12+ with ADHD, autism and co-occurring neurodivergence.

In this upcoming session, she will explore why key educational transitions can become tipping points for girls with ADHD, when previously effective coping strategies may begin to break down. Drawing on real-life case studies, she will examine the changing demands of executive functioning, emotional regulation, independence and social navigation, alongside practical approaches to coaching and support that can help young people build confidence, resilience and independence.
