Join us for a transformative 2-day workshop on the Inner Critic and Authentic Self.

Who is this group for?

This psychoeducational experience is designed for anyone seeking practical tools to overcome negative self-talk, build emotional resilience, and awaken a more compassionate and authentic version of themselves.

  • How to identify and understand your inner critic.
  • Ways to challenge self-judgment using DBT and CBT tools.
  • Role play exercises to transform self-talk.
  • How the inner critic affects relationships – and how to build healthier ones.
  • Skills for emotional regulation and self-compassion.

Initial enquiry

Sign-up and secure your spot by paying for your place online. We keep our groups and workshops small to ensure everyone who attends benefits. If you can’t sign-up online it means the event is full.

Attend your event
Attend the group or workshop on the indicated day. Groups in particular benefit regular attendance. If it doesn’t suit you or you’re not enjoying cancel at any time, no long-term commitment required although maximum benefit is achieved through regular attendance.

You’ll meet the team working with you and chart a plan to help tackle the problems you are facing. The length of time you work with us will be driven by you and your needs – we will support you every step of the way.

Led by experienced therapist Len Kleanthous, this transformative two-day workshop explores the Inner Critic and the Authentic Self. Designed as a psychoeducational experience, it offers practical tools to help participants overcome negative self-talk, strengthen emotional resilience, and connect with a more compassionate, authentic version of themselves.
