1.0 Assessment

1.1 Assessment Fees

All clients accessing case management and/or coaching services are required to have a clinical intake assessment which costs £300.

2.0 Case management

2.1 Case Management Fees

There is a monthly fee for case management which is determined following assessment and based on the level of support required. Typically this starts at £3,000 per month.

2.2 Case Management Cancellation Policy

Case management is billed monthly in advance. It can be cancelled at any point, giving one month’s notice. There is no refund for unused weeks if case management is cancelled part way through a monthly cycle.

3.0 Coaching

3.1 Coaching Fees

Coaching is billed in arrears, usually monthly. We reserve the right, and on occasion will insist, for payment in advance. This will typically be for pre-arranged, daily or weekly coaching.

For hourly pay-as-you-go coaching, the minimum cost for any face-to-face coaching session is £170. This is for the first two hours of coaching, after which coaching is charged at £85 per hour. Within reason, coaching is rounded up to the next hour.

For online or telephone coaching the minimum charge is £85, unless agreed otherwise with PBH in advance. Coaching is capped at a maximum of £1,150 for any 24-hour period.

Specialist coaching has the same cancellation policy but a different rate applies - please discuss with a member of the team.

For weekly coaching, daily, and emergency 24-Hour coaching sessions, clients will need to pay 100% upfront, unless agreed by special arrangement.

3.2 Coaching Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of coaching requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Providing less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the minimum charge of £85 (online) or £170 (face-to-face) for session-based coaching (cancellation fees will match the exact hours booked if longer than two hours i.e. if 4 hours of coaching were booked - the cancellation fee will be equivalent to four hours of coaching), and £1,150 for 24 hour coaching. Daily and weekly coaching requires 48 hours’ notice, providing less will incur 50% of the pre-agreed fee (at our discretion).

4.0 Therapy

4.1 Therapy Fees

Therapy is billed in arrears, usually monthly. We reserve the right, and on occasion will insist, for payment in advance.

Therapy costs £50-250 per hour depending on which therapist is being seen.

4.2 Therapy Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel a therapy session; otherwise, the full session fee will be charged.

If you cancel your session for three consecutive weeks, a 50% fee will apply from the third missed session onward if you wish to keep your weekly time slot reserved.

5.0 Therapy

5.1 Intervention Fees

Therapeutic intervention services - £2,500-£3,500 plus expenses.

6.0 Transportation

6.1 Transportation Fees

When a coach is engaged to accompany a client to be securely checked either in or out of a residential facility, or other pre-determined destination. Fees are agreed on a case by case basis depending on what is required and the work involved, typically:

£1,500 – UK
£2,500 – Europe
£3,500 – South Africa, Middle East and North America
£4,500 – East Asia

6.2 Transportation Cancellation Policy

Transportation is charged in advance and any expenses or additional costs are invoiced following completion. 24 hours’ notice must be given for cancelling a transportation job otherwise the full fee is charged.

7.0 Testing

7.1 Testing Fees

We provide multipanel drug urine drug tests, alcohol urine tests which can be administered by either coaches or staff at our offices. We can also supply, store and verify results of alcohol breathalyzer tests. Through our network of partner labs and clinics we can source additional testing types and full medical diagnostics as required. Please contact us for further details.

Testing is charged at £35 per test used. For example, testing for drugs and alcohol will cost £70 as these are two different tests. The above fee is charged when testing takes place as part of a chargeable coaching session. If you want to set up standalone testing please discuss with us.

8.0 Insurance

Please note that we do not accept insurance payments. In some instances it may be possible for clients to reclaim the cost of services from their insurance company but we do not deal with insurance companies directly. If we are required to submit additional information to help support a claim an administration fee will be charged.

9.0 Payment terms

Clients will be asked to sign a direct debit mandate to ensure that invoices are paid promptly. Funds will be debited four days after an invoice is issued. All normal direct debit guarantees are in effect.

Any client who doesn’t pay by direct debit is required to settle their bills online promptly on receipt of an invoice. If clients wish to pay an invoice over the phone an administrative charge of £25 is payable.

If a client’s invoice remains unpaid we reserve the right to charge the card held securely on file. We will stop providing services to clients whose accounts go into arrears.  

Clients seeing therapists in person can pay for their sessions using a card at the end of each session. Cancellations will be invoiced for as normal. Any cancellation fees can be settled at your next session by card if you prefer.

Please note fees are reviewed annually and are adjusted from the start of May each year. At least one month’s notice will be provided for fee changes.
