Led by our experienced therapist Len, this 2-hour workshop will introduce you to Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT) a powerful approach to improving emotional regulation, managing difficult feelings, navigating life’s challenges. DBT also supports us in embracing the joyful moments life offers helping us to remain present, connected and grounded in what matters.

- The core skills of DBT Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
