Cynthia is an integrative humanistic counsellor working with adults. Drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic, and relational approaches she strives to create a warm, collaborative space where clients can work through difficult and challenging experiences and move closer towards the life they desire.
She supports clients with a range of issues, including anxiety and depression, life transitions, those in high pressure environments and struggling with work/life balance, low self-esteem, and cultural and identity issues, all whilst taking an anti-oppressive approach.
Before becoming a therapist she spent 10 years working in the museums and heritage sector so understands the challenges that can arise from working in the creative arts. At present, she has a growing specialisation in working with those in the Film and TV industry.
