Marta
Marta brings nearly two decades of experience within mental health services, including nine years post-qualification as a clinical psychologist. Her career encompasses clinical practice, service development, and leadership roles across the NHS, private, and charity sectors
Marta’s clinical competencies include:
- Psychological assessment and engagement
- Formulation and development of person-centered therapeutic recommendations and plans
- Psychological interventions with individuals, couples, families, parents, and groups
- Service evaluation and development
- Supervision, staff support, and training
Marta adopts an integrative and relational approach in her work. Her primary areas of expertise encompass individual and collective trauma, complex emotional needs, neurodivergence, intersectionality, cultural competence, family life stages, identity, and relational functioning. As a supervisor at Portobello Behavioural Health, she contributes to the development of safe, effective services and innovative therapeutic approaches.
