Edele Nolan is an experienced psychologist and therapist with over 20 years of working with young children, adolescents and families. Originally from Ireland, she began her professional journey in education before transitioning into psychology and therapeutic work, bringing a well-rounded and deeply informed perspective to her practice.
Edele holds a B.A. in Education and a Master’s in Child Psychology and Applied Positive Psychology. She is a qualified Play Therapist, Counsellor, Parent Coach, Adolescent Mental Health First Aider, Breathwork Teacher, and Mindfulness Educator. Her integrative approach allows her to tailor support to each individual and family, drawing on a wide range of evidence-based practices.
Having lived and worked internationally in India, Thailand, New Zealand, Australia, the UAE and Portugal, Edele has a strong understanding of the unique experiences and challenges faced by expat families. She is particularly attuned to the emotional, social, and developmental needs of young people navigating change and transition.
Edele is passionate about supporting young people’s wellbeing in what are increasingly complex and demanding times. She works collaboratively with families to create personalised, strengths-based plans that foster resilience, emotional regulation, and positive long-term outcomes.
