Issy Is an Integrative Therapist and a registered member of the BACP.
Issy works on a one-to-one basis, with creativity, freedom, and diversity of expression at the heart of her approach. Her practice weaves together relational, psychodynamic and somatic modalities, taking a holistic view to mental health.
Issy has a special interest in chronic stress & illness, attachment-based trauma, and explorations around identity and belonging. She practices with a neurodiversity-affirming and an LGBTQ+ affirming lens, drawing on extensive training and experience supporting clients across the LGBTQ+ spectrum as well as individuals with ADHD and autism. She is passionate about supporting individuals to lead a life with more agency, connection, and fulfilment.
