Maria holds an MA in Psychology of Intercultural Relations and training in Recovery and Behavioural Coaching, and has over seven years of experience supporting individuals through transitions, identity exploration, and emotional growth. Her work spans mentoring international students and families, as well as engaging with people across different life stages and contexts, including community-based settings.
She brings a culturally sensitive and adaptable approach to her practice, supporting individuals navigating change, cultural multiplicity, and personal development. She is fluent in English and Portuguese (both at native or bilingual proficiency), with working knowledge of Spanish and a basic understanding of French.
