Henrietta Wynne Finch, psychotherapist, craniosacral therapist and somatic movement practitioner, will explore the intersection between neurodivergence, the nervous system and embodied awareness.
Drawing on her clinical experience and work with neurodivergent clients, she will consider how stress, masking and overwhelm can affect our ability to recognise and respond to our own internal signals.
Henrietta will also explore sensitivity, attunement and regulation, considering how neurodivergent people can experience heightened awareness of their bodies, environments and others, while also becoming overwhelmed by this sensitivity. She will introduce the idea of the “gatekeeper” as a form of discernment that can help people remain open and connected without becoming overwhelmed, supporting greater self-trust, creativity, intuition and embodied knowing.
