Join us for an evening of discussion and shared learning as part of our Neurodivergence Forum - a community of practice bringing together professionals supporting neurodivergent individuals to share insight, experience and innovation.

During the evening, Victoria Grant, Head of Case Management, will explore how case management can provide structured, practical support for neurodivergent clients navigating complex systems of care.

Drawing on real-world examples, Victoria will share case studies illustrating how case management can help individuals access the right support, coordinate care between clinicians, families and services, and respond to the challenges that can arise in complex cases.

The evening will include a short presentation followed by discussion, creating space to connect with others working in the field and to learn from different perspectives and approaches to supporting neurodivergent individuals.

We look forward to welcoming you for an evening of insight, discussion and shared learning.
