Alicia is an integrative psychotherapist working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She offers a warm, attuned, and relational approach, drawing on psychodynamic, attachment-based, and trauma-informed frameworks.
She supports young people experiencing a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties, including anxiety, depression, OCD, low self-esteem, self-harm, addictions, identity issues, and challenges in relationships and family life.
Alongside talk therapy, Alicia integrates creative and play-based approaches, supporting children to express themselves in ways that feel natural to them. She works collaboratively with young people and families to build a shared understanding of the difficulties being experienced.
As a qualified yoga and mindfulness teacher, Alicia also incorporates body-based awareness to support nervous system regulation and a deeper connection between mind and body. She aims to offer young people a safe space where they can feel truly heard, build confidence, and develop a stronger sense of self.
