Ana Cruz is a bilingual Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of international experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families across Europe and Asia. Having lived and worked in Portugal, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Thailand, she brings a culturally sensitive and compassionate approach to therapy, understanding the unique challenges faced by individuals navigating life transitions, relationships, identity, and emotional wellbeing.

Ana has extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults, particularly within international school communities, supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, grief, academic stress, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Alongside her private practice, she has held senior pastoral leadership roles in international schools, leading wellbeing initiatives, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting parents in fostering emotionally healthy family relationships.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), attachment-based and relational approaches, mindfulness, EMDR, and psychodynamic principles. She believes that meaningful therapy is built on a warm, collaborative relationship where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to reconnect with their strengths and create lasting change.
