Eva is an experienced integrative therapist and counsellor who offers a warm, personalised space for self-exploration. Drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic, and relational approaches, she encourages clients to explore not only their cognitive landscape but their emotional and physical horizons as well. While Eva has extensive experience in the field of substance misuse, supporting both individuals and families, she also works with a broad range of presentations, including trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, grief, and relationship difficulties.
Eva’s professional roots in education provide a unique perspective on human development and learning. This experience, combined with a background in the wellbeing sector and the integration of mindfulness skills, allows for a holistic approach to mental health. Currently, Eva is undertaking a Master’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy, with a specific research focus on the therapeutic relationship.
