With a background in psychology, mental health research and clinical services, Lovisa has experience supporting clients within private mental healthcare and working closely with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams. She has a particular interest in client experience, focusing on creating a smooth, organised and supportive journey through care. In her role as Case Manager, Lovisa takes a person-centred and collaborative approach, ensuring clients feel supported, understood and informed.
