Joining Matthew for the fourth episode of Season Two is Dee Johnson. Dee Johnson is a psychotherapist, trainer, supervisor who is passionate about mental fitness & all things environmentally kind. Dee currently works as a senior addiction therapist at The Priory Hospital, Chelmsford and runs MindSoup Counselling.
